                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDENDUM TO THE 
                 ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH COMQUEST, LLC, 
                 RELATIVE TO THE FRIAR BRANCH-HICKORY VALLEY 
                 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FOR AN INCREASE 
                 OF EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND, SIXTY DOLLARS 
                 ($84,060.00) FOR A REVISED CONTRACT TOTAL NOT 
                 TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND, SIX 
                 HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS ($230,680.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 
       Addendum to the Agreement for Engineering Services with ComQuest, 
       LLC, relative to the Friar Branch-Hickory Valley Stormwater 
       Management System, for an increase of $84,060.00 for a revised 
       contract total not to exceed $230,680.00.
